Shared amenities feature a flexible lounge, an expansive rooftop pool and spa deck, modern fitness facilities, and 5,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

The building maximizes its parallelogram-shaped site through a compact central core and rounded corners, optimizing floor plate efficiency while creating an elegant architectural composition that emphasizes verticality. The project will be delivered in Summer 2027 for the following fall semester.
