Brett Rhode Speaks at Interface Student Housing Conference

Rhode Partners is participating in the 16th Annual InterFace Student Housing Conference, taking place at JW Marriott Austin this week on April 24-26th. The conference includes panels across industry topics, networking, and an exhibit hall for industry leaders, firms, and vendors to present their work.

Attendees can find Founding Director, Brett Rhode, speaking from 3:00pm – 3:50pm “How Architects & Developers are Balancing Creative Design with Affordability, Density, Zoning Constraints & High Construction Costs.” Other panelists include:

Our firm has extensive experience with student housing developments, particularly in the West Campus area of University of Texas at Austin where Rhode Partners has designed nine completed student housing projects that feature a variety of innovative design solutions, with two more in construction.
