COVID-19 announcement

To Our Clients and Partners,
I want to let you know about how Rhode Partners is responding to the pandemic. We are optimistic that the situation will improve in due course, but in the interim we have been successful in adapting our work environment to limit impacts on our employees and partners.
We have instructed our staff to notify RP if they have symptom(s) of COVID-19 and to refrain from coming to the office. We require our staff to notify RP immediately if they test positive for COVID-19.
We require our staff to notify RP immediately if they have a household member that has symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19.
We will endeavor to proactively notify our employees and our partners if we learn that any member of RP is diagnosed with COVID-19.
Our Office Hours are the Same
Rhode Partners is currently operating 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Please call ahead to confirm any meetings and availability of the person(s) you wish to see.
Our Staff is Working from Home
Rhode Partners has allowed its staff to work from home for several years, so we are particularly well equipped for this event. Our BIM design platform is based on team members working collaboratively on one project regardless of where they are physically located. All staff has remote access to our file server, and we each have a direct office line to our personal cell phones. Lastly, we each have access to the Zoom Conferencing platform with capacity up to 100 attendees.
We Will Encourage and Facilitate Online Meetings
Most project meetings typically held here in our offices have been moved to online. Rhode Partners is using Zoom Meetings as a platform, with every staff member having access to this technology.
