Honcho Tops Out in College Station

Honcho is officially College Station’s tallest tower, and the tallest tower between Austin and Houston. The project topped out this month, complete with Roger’s O’ Brien’s signature barbecue and a celebration at the project site.
Rising 23 stories above the town’s popular Northgate district at 250 Church Avenue, the 183,000 nsf project will encompass 148 units and 500 bedrooms. Shared amenities will include a flexible lounge, an expansive rooftop pool and spa deck, modern fitness facilities, and 5,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Unit variety is comprised of 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom floorplans, including townhomes, serving the students of Texas A&M University. This marks the firm’s fourth high rise tower for Rhode Partners in the college town.
