Natalie Andrus Elevated to Associate Partner

Rhode Partners is pleased to announce the recent expansion of its equity partners to include Natalie Andrus, RA. Natalie is now elevated to an Associate Partner alongside existing leadership, Brett Rhode AIA, Bobby Tait, AIA, and Kate Meehan. This strategic advancement of our leadership team reflects both Natalie's exceptional contributions over the past five years and our firm's continued growth.

With an international education and diverse professional experience, Natalie’s unique background brings a West Coast edge to her leadership and design approach.  Natalie Andrus brings years of experience in high-end winery and hospitality design to Rhode Partners. As a project leader, her infectious positivity keeps even the most challenging projects moving forward. Her attention to detail and understanding of materiality make her an invaluable addition to project teams with exacting Ownership.

Since her onboarding in 2020, Natalie has designed projects spanning from micro-apartments for high-density towers to our luxury hospitality projects on the boards. Natalie recently served as Project Leader for Floodgate, a luxury apartment project along San Antonio’s historic River Walk. “I am proud to have been part of the Rhode Partners team for the past five years and am thrilled to take on this expanded role at such an exciting time for the firm,” says Natalie of this promotion. “I look forward to continuing to build upon the firm’s partnership as we kick off this new phase together.”

This promotion represents the continuation of a deliberate leadership development strategy initiated in 2022, designed to bring exceptional talent into equity positions that align with our firm's evolving market focus and geographic expansion.
