Rhode Partners is pleased to announce that the first residents have moved into The Independent, the newest addition to the Austin, Texas skyline. The 58-story mixed-use building delivers 363 new, high-quality apartments and is 95% sold-out.
Rhode Partners provided architectural, interior design, furniture and art selection, and procurement services for the project. It was the recipient of the American Architectural Prize in 2017 and is seeking LEED® Gold Certification.
