Rising 235 feet above College Station's Northgate district, 250 Church Avenue will be the tallest student housing tower within walking distance of Texas A&M University when completed.
The building maximizes its parallelogram-shaped site through a compact central core and rounded corners, optimizing floor plate efficiency while creating an elegant architectural composition that emphasizes verticality. The project will be delivered in Summer 2027 for the following fall semester.
