Rhode Partners is honored for The Independent to be distinguished as the Best Multifamily Project of the Year by Austin Business Journal’s 2020 Commercial Real Estate Awards.
Maximizing the land at just 1.7 acres, the 363-unit, 1,002,000 square foot residential high rise owes its character to a restricted site and varied program. The tower is LEED Gold certified and offers two entire floors of competitive condo amenities including an expansive pool deck, a dog lounge, fitness facilities and a cantilevered board room, theater and lounge.
