The Loren at Turtle Cove Reaches Construction Milestone

We are pleased to announce that The Loren at Turtle Cove has achieved a significant construction milestone this month, with the main structure topping out at five stories. The building will be crowned by two exceptional penthouses offering unparalleled ocean views. The four expansive beachfront villas are progressing on schedule, with three at various stages of construction, and the fourth recently breaking ground. This is the second development with The Loren Hotels designed by Rhode Partners, following The Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, TX.

The luxury hotel and residence project delivers contemporary design and world-class amenities for discerning travelers and residents. Situated on 12 acres, the resort comprises 33 hotel rooms, 25 residences within the main tower, and 4 private villas. Five-star amenities include an expansive three-pool beachfront deck, luxury spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, open-air restaurant, and multiple premium bars—all positioned to capture panoramic views of Turks and Caicos' distinctive turquoise waters.
