The loren hotel breaks ground in south austin

Construction has begun on The Loren, a long-awaited 108 key luxury hotel on the corner of Riverside Drive and Lamar Boulevard. In addition to the five-star hotel, the project includes 26 condominium units, a rooftop restaurant and lounge featuring panoramic views of the Austin skyline.
The first property on American soil, The Loren brand is known for its flagship hotel on the pink sand beaches of Bermuda. The Loren at Lady Bird Lake features refined modern design throughout, ground floor retail, and significantly improved adjacent parkland. The project is slated to deliver in Q1 2022.
