Villas on 24th Sweeps Off-Campus Development and Architecture Awards at Interface

Rhode Partners is elated to announce that Villas on 24th has received not one but two key accolades from the Student Housing Business Innovator Awards this week for the off-campus categories: Best New Development >400 Beds and Best New Architecture & Design >400 beds. Over 100 industry experts judged 120 entries in this year’s award program that featured on and off campus projects for their excellence across the industry in development, design, financing, marketing, and implementation.

Recently completed this past fall, Villas on 24th is a 30-story premier off-campus student housing community in the heart of the West Campus neighborhood adjacent to The University of Texas at Austin. The project was the first in-market to hit 100% pre-leased and was successfully sold prior to move-ins— a testament to its innovative design, strategic market positioning, and exceptional execution.

A fully outfitted amenity deck crowns the tower with an indoor/outdoor fitness center, a resort-style pool, and a full-length basketball sky court with sweeping downtown and campus views. Designed with hospitality in mind, the hotel-inspired reception and lobby establish a sense of arrival and sophistication. Anchored by signature, hand-selected design elements—a grand curved banquette, marble-clad fireplace flanked by wingback chairs, private study and meeting rooms and seating areas—the ground floor invites students to work, gather, and lounge.
