Located in the heart of West Campus near the University of Texas at Austin, Villas on Rio is a luxury student housing project that features expansive fitness rooms, a spa and therapeutic features to elevate healthy living. The first and second floors serve as flexible study and lounge areas with a mezzanine overlooking the lobby. Historic meets modern in this dense neighborhood as the tower wraps around the Kenney House, a two-story Victorian home facing West 22nd Street.
