New views of The Linden revealed

New views of The Linden were released this past week as construction continues on the 28-story tower at 17th and Guadalupe. Along with 117 luxury condominiums, the Linden will have retail and restaurant space on the ground floor.

Conceived from the beginning as a response to the surrounding Museum District, The Linden is designed with a clarity of structure and use of refined materials as a backdrop for extraordinary art; full-height glazing, white oak, exposed concrete, and travertine anchor the project’s interior palette. The project consists of residences on the upper levels and a dedicated common amenity at the 9th level. A parking garage with custom metal screening is provided at the middle levels. A gracious lobby and gallery space are positioned at the ground level, providing an elevated experience for entering the building.

The project’s design has already received international recognition; the project was recently a finalist in the Architizer 2023 Awards and has received honorable mentions from Architecture Masterprize and the DNA Paris Awards.
