Villas on Frances is a premier student housing tower adjacent to the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Nestled on a tight downtown lot adjacent to a historic building, the project’s ground floor facade ties into the historic context with diminished scale, brick, brass, and window wall while also bringing an understated, elegant entry point to the building. Villas on Frances will open fall of 2028 for the following semester.
